MODULE 6: SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY – PRAYING FROM VICTORY, NOT FOR IT

SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE

CORE TRUTH

You do not pray to try to win—you pray because Jesus already won. Intercession is enforcing what He accomplished in His death, burial, and resurrection. You speak from the throne, not from the dust.

BIBLICAL FOUNDATION

“Having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.” — Colossians 2:15

“And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.” — Ephesians 2:6

“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” — Luke 10:19

PRAYING FOR VS FROM VICTORY

Praying for victory Praying from victory
Striving, pleading Confident, settled, assured
Focuses on the size of the problem Focuses on the finished work of Jesus
Tries to persuade God Enforces what God has already established

WALKING IN THIS AUTHORITY

1. Know your position: seated with Him in heavenly places
2. Pray in His name—you act as His representative
3. Silence deception with the truth of the cross
4. Even while waiting, you wait as a victor, not a victim

PRAYER & DECLARATION

Father, the battle was Yours—and You won completely. I stand now in the authority Jesus bought for me. I enforce Your will, break every chain, and declare that victory is already ours. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
