Key Verse: Lamentations 3:22–23

SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE

INTRODUCTION

Many believe mercy is something you earn after you improve, stop sinning, or do enough good works. But God’s mercy works differently: it reaches you when you know you have fallen short, when you feel you have no right to ask for anything good. It is not given because of who you are, but because of who God is — secured for us through the finished work of Jesus Christ, and confirmed even by creation itself.
